It’s important to understand that copyright is a legal matter. We will produce entirely original work for you, and upon its completion, it will be your property. Extreme Designs is legally bound to refrain from duplicating or reselling your work, which means you have the right to register it as a trademark with the US Patent and Trademark Office. As the business owner, it is your responsibility to handle this process, as it is a standard procedure we cannot manage on your behalf.
